Advisory committee

The Advisory Committee currently has five independent, unpaid members elected for a three-year term, renewable once only upon agreement of Schneider Electric. Its membership reflects the geographic and professional diversity of Schneider Electric's shareholder base.

The Advisory Committee met three times in 2007. During the meetings, participants made many suggestions that were subsequently implemented by the Investor Relations Department.
